Delphi Consulting Group
We are a group of experts with many years of experience in organizational security. We specialize in preventing losses and fraud. We conduct security and compliance audits. We build procurement and internal control systems that stand up to scrutiny and limit the personal liability of board members. We conduct due diligence and internal investigations, and we support organizations during crises.
The core of the team consists of individuals who previously served in the police and intelligence agencies and subsequently continued their careers in the private sector. They have worked in the security and compliance departments of domestic and international companies, in consulting firms, and on projects for both the private and public sectors. This combination of operational expertise and business experience allows us to understand both the mechanics of a threat and the realities of the organization where it must be eliminated.
We operate under a 360-degree consulting model. We do not divide cases into narrow specializations, nor do we present the client with only a partial picture, because a problem rarely ends where one field ends. We handle each case from the initial analysis all the way through to its resolution, including everything that may be necessary along the way.
This model is based on ongoing collaboration with over 50 experts. In addition to the fields mentioned above, our team includes lawyers, PR and crisis communication specialists, security professionals responsible for protecting people and property, as well as experts in cybersecurity and forensic accounting. We select them individually for specific projects, assembling a team tailored to the nature of the case rather than relying on a predefined service package.
We do not offer standard packages. We treat each case as a separate operational environment. We take on cases where we can provide a real advantage, and we decline when we are not the right firm for the case. The information we provide is verified. We do not rely on guesswork.

What does the initial contact entail?
The first consultation is free, non-binding, and completely confidential. It usually lasts 30–60 minutes and is intended to assess the nature of the case.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Confidentiality is embedded in every stage – from communication channels to document archiving methods. It encompasses complete discretion regardless of the outcome of the discussion.
